While it's good to gain knowledge and get reminded about self care, I just want people to be aware that the influencers earn a commission with all the products they endorse. Do not feel bad about yourself if you aren't living in a picture perfect house or able to afford all the products. Self care is possible even before you can afford all these. Good for those who can afford it but please do not get sucked into mindless consumerism. While becoming your better version, please be mindful and remember to enjoy :)

Hey Jashan! Lovely video as always. Personal tip - applying oil on hair that has products or not freshly washed does more damage than good. Try to avoid as much as possible

I didn't either until I did some reading. Best applied on freshly washed or day 1-2 hair so no dirt, grime, or products penetrate into your scalp with the oil.@@TheLifestyleCog

No unfortunately not. These services are very expensive. My husband and I try our best. And videos don’t show the reality of it really. It is always a mess. 😢 but I feel talking out 15 minutes daily helps a lot. 😊

Lol .... yes, all that you mentioned does sound very stressful , but other than kids & job , the rest like relatives , in-laws , you can be firm & maintain limits. As far as house is concerned, if there are other members in the family, everyone should contribute to tackle housework. Not just you. Please don't compare your stress life with others. Everyone has their own share of troubles & stress. This is not a competition !

Hey @jazzsharmi... I can understand your stress... But trust me you have to be firm and standup for urself... U can atleast spend 30 mins for urself daily(15 min morning and 15 min evening). U can take care of your family and your self too... Think about female CEO's... Do u think it's easy for them to handle life... Try watching Indra nooyi's interviews.. There is stress in every person's life.. it's all about how we manage the stress, how we stand for ourself and how we take care of ourself dear... Hope you become a powerful women asap...
