Diana, Trader Joe’s has such an amazing selection of nuts and dried fruits, you could so easily make your own mix. It would be so much less expensive and would save on plastic waste as well.
When it was really hot and humid here in Naperville IL, we had those warnings too. But did not really bother me or my family, I was actually surprised to get those warnings on my phone!!
It's happens down around Atlanta pretty often for the air because of pollution , just another reason I'm so happy we live further up in the mountains of ga much cleaner up here.
I've never heard of an ozone warning before. But I have had experience with a ton of smog before. It's in Los Angeles a lot of the time, as well as the San Francisco Bay Area. It doesn't bother me as much in the SF Bay Area, but in LA I'll always get some type of a headache if I'm down their for a long period of time. P.S. it must be a lot of fun to have your own pool in your backyard now :) Swimming is always a great activity to do in the Summer :)
Dallas gets those warnings all the time. But honestly the air quality in the city is pretty terrible all the time with the traffic plus airport. I probably wouldn't sign in for another transfer here or any other city bigger than here again.

We had one in kokomo, IN that same day? I don't know what the rating was but we were told to stay indoors and not mow yards or wash our cars (not sure what that's about).
The girls are getting so big. Have you guys changed shampoo or conditioner because the girls hair looks so shiny and thick. Maybe its the extra time their spending outside at camp. Vitamin D?!:)
