Fun Fact about shifting: (this isn't criticism i just felt like sharing this) what Elizabeth did was dangerous, shifting without knowing what you're doing and without a script- it can lead to being stuck in your DR (desired reality(where you shift to)) for quite a while, depending on where you shifted you could get out by dying but, if you didn't script that you wouldn't feel pain it wouldn't be ideal. to get out with a script you make a safe word, when you say it, you'll leave, but only if you say it with the intent to leave would be a good thing to script at the side. i shift and i usually make my safe word (it doesn't have to be one word or a word at all) "catnap over" because i love cats and my teachers keep calling me Meow Mix
