Of course, karens are pretty annoying, but this one has a more solid reason due to the "man in mask kidnapping kids". She doesn't know the Afton kids, but to her view its still a man in an odd mask with two kids getting toys for them, a common thing kidnappers do to get kids to trust them. Minding your business is good kids, but if something feels off about someone, be cautious around them. Don't accuse directly, just ask.
