Actually this would make more sense if William was gone and only glitchtrap existed Here's why : we all know glitchtrap is an AI that contains Afton's consciousness therefore only the ai should exist since Williams physical body is burning in hell + I also like to think that burntrap is the same ai or rather the ai containing his consciousness was trying to build a physical body
That AI (correct name is Mimic/Mimic1) doesn't have William's consciousness, it just copies his actions and appearance. But everything else you said is correct.
