Agaete is a town on the North Western coast of Gran Canaria, Canary Islands. The port of the town, puerto de las Nieves, connects Gran Canaria with Tenerife with the Fred Olsen Ferry. Agaete is a charming town to walk around. With amazing views looking south to the mountains of Central Gran Canaria. There is a pebbled beach with dedicate swimming areas. The beach walkway is lined with seafood restaurants. If you walk a few hundred meters from the centre you will come to the natural swimming pools of Agaete.
