This two layers dessert is a must-try as for Asian desserts in which coconut milk and palm sugar are well blended in sweet and tangy flavor combination.
The crunchy texture of Agar-Agar jelly is best served after chilling in fridge.
Ingredients
▪️Coconut Milk / cream 200 ml
▪️Palm Sugar 150 g
▪️1 Egg
▪️Agar Agar powder 6 tsp
▪️Water 1.3 L
▪️Sugar 2-3 tbsp (optional if you like it sweet)
