Do not use that sponge while doing wet cleaning. You can take it out.

Depends on your usage. If you have a large house where you do frequent cleaning, go for the 21L one. Otherwise, 15L is good enough.

The cloth bag is washable. Since it is huge, you will not have to wash it frequently. And the maintenance is quite low for this product. It's not one of those vacuums where you need to clean it every now and then.
