Agatha Can't Understand the Teen Background and Name

Either Agatha or the teen are bewitched not to hear or speak of who the teen really is.

One of the better ways that a television show has created a mystery around a character. He appears to be cloaked by a glamour. One wonder if he’ll turned out to be who everyone thinks he is. The creator loves to do things differently so maybe not.

This being something Agatha hasn’t seen before is what’s really interesting. She’s an ancient witch so not knowing why his personal information is being censored could mean it’s a being or magic she hasn’t faced yet

It seems like he has some kind of spell or curse on him where he can’t divulge any information about himself like his name or where he’s from but he doesn’t realise this whenever he says his name or where he is from he thinks he’s speaking normally

So why agatha hasn't told him that she can't hear his name or story? Is she familiar with that magic or something? Besides, she made sure non of the ither witches hear his name, so she probably knows that spell isn't just for her but for anyone who knows this "teen". Therefore, she doesn't want anyone to know that he is under a spell... but why??
