She's not the person you're thinking of, although in the Agatha makeup they look a lot alike. She doesn't play Evil Queen, her main character is Cruella. She also plays Redd, Maleficent and Lady T that I've seen.

She's really enjoying herself up there! If anybody's a fan of character actors, and she looks familiar, this Agatha is also good friends with Cruella, Maleficent and Redd (my personal favorite). Let me know if I'm missing any.
