A cheat that gives a province you can chose any province (even if its not yours) An amount of army (the max army available is 1000000000) With this cheat, you can make any country overpowered. Be careful because if you use the cheat without using sandbox mode you're inflation will be so high you wont be able to do as much things as you could when you had money. It's because your treasury be big so its value goes down so it tryed to get rid of it so u start in debt

But it cant get rid of it so lol

Well just turn up economy and economy growth to max and nonstop invest in provinces

@@NOPENUHUHNOPENOPE if u want to know how to get console look it up but the only way they could have changed it in spectator mode is if they spawned the same country just with a different ideology and somehow gave it everything. my guess is... they play as very small nations on sandbox ?
