I spotted a lot of room for improvement. Floated resources, not enough production, not utilizing attack speed aura that the English have. With that many floated resources, every empty space should be covered in production and the army should always be pop capped.
I have to say, the English is a very good civ for team games. I have a big tip for you during the enemy siege here at 37:15. Send a vil to build a few outposts behind the stone wall, for the attack speed aura for longbows. You're also floating so many resources, you need to be building production in your friends base and pumping out units to counter them. Also not pop capped with a bigger army.
