3. Counter Raiding Delhi: Delhi will generally want to make a lot of units, they will go through their berries and sheep, then have to move out on the map for food. Being able to raid those villagers on the map will really hurt delhi, even if they are just annoying raids and cause idle time. This will slow their military production and if bad enough, cause them to make farms.
