Will Tory Green discussions determine the role of a police liaison on city council? There either is or isnt a responsibility for city "liaison" functionaries to get answers from department heads without Mayorial approval!
So... if a non public administrative parks and rec board suggests an action, the department head can present it as an agenda item without clear cut objectives or way ahead? 🤔
The Tory Green contract ought to have had a bonus incentive for early completion. 1 Jan 25 is too late; incentive for earlier deliverables would let the city address its issues before the new election cycle and ensure accountability.
Why does the City continue to get rid of mental health facilities ( like the one atop the hill/water tower facility recently nearby the county ema) to make room for a new and expensive smaller facility?
