Agent 003 Shadow From The Depths - Deleted Scene 1 

In this scene Agent 004 passes a note to Agent 003. This was meant to set up the scene where Agent 004 meets with Agent 005 and Agent 001. Ultimately the scene was cut for the fact that it conflicted with the storyline.
