A new and extremly nasty villian has emerged. Possibly the most dangerous and wacko villian we have ever seen - Geekdorph, Lord of Robots. This madman wants to usher in a new era where the robots rule and all other life forms are kept in perperual slavery. To archeve his evil aim, Geekdorph has build a massive army of robots at cover factories around the world and Aquapolis is the first target for these metal clunks of destruction. Soon the inhabiatnt of Aquapolis are taken by surprise by the invasion of swarming robots and the Spy Agency "R.I.S.K." has to send in their best agent to protect the city from Geekdorph. Agent HUGO heads out on daring missions at various locations in the city, deserts and outer space to gather information about Geekdorph's secret hiding place where Agent HUGO will engage Geekdorph and his invincible WorldToaster-4000 robot in a final battle.
