I saw a comment a little while back; that mentioned Russia's playbook...1st deny; which we saw was done by the Kremlin apologist on the panel; then 2nd say everyone is doing it. By first denying it; then say everyone is doing it (a handful of malevolent regimes, may be acting like this, but not even remotely close to all... so, not true). By Russia saying everyone is doing it, but denying they do it; they contradict themselves and show themselves to be liars. It can not both be true that every one does it and everyone would obviously include Russia, yet deny Russia does it. There is a pattern well described in this video...a kind of murderous pattern, I am not aware of coming from any other country, other than Russia, at least to this extreme degree. If there is some of this deeply malevolent murderous behaviour coming from elsewhere, it is to a much lesser degree and comes from only a very few notorious regimes, in places like North Korea and Iran...a small number of countries well known to be among the very worst nations for the people within those few countries and bad actors on the world stage toward other nations.
