I don't think Daisy is looking for a conversation, in itself, I think she's looking for admonishment. Daisy's still carrying a lot of guilt for not only what she did under Hive's control, but for giving in to a moment of weakness, and asking Hive to take her back. In season three, Daisy was the most fully realized version of herself she will ever be. She knew where she came from, she knew who her parents were, she had been with SHIELD long enough to get her own unit, the Secret Warriors, and a boyfriend that loved her. She had power, purpose and she knew her real name. For the first time in 20 years, everything was commin' up Daisy (pun intended), and Hive, wearing Grant Ward's face, took that away with the wave of his hand. To go from such a meteoric high to such a crushing low is bad enough, but to give in to your lowest moment, and show yourself who you are at such a pivotal point in your life, has to be the most soul shattering pain to overcome... A pain not easily shared or understood.
It's always fun when Daisy and Simmons team up, and Jemma has come a long way since her 'bad girl shenanigans' back in ep 1x7 when she failed to lie to Sitwell, But now she's in Mace's inner circle, running the science division and going on field ops with no problem. Also loved that she spotted that Aida was an android within seconds of meeting her, just hope she can pass the lie detector test!

tasha, this episode has a lot of references to other marvel things, the Darkhold, a book that is used in dark magic, you will hear about that later? and the Quantum field generator, that the guy in prison said he was building that was referenced in the second Ant Man movie, the experiment that created Ghost and have you watched the tv show, the inHumans ? it was on abc in 2018 or 19

Or at least one is a copy of the other, as they look different and Agatha supposedly had it for hundreds of years, so apparently had that one during this and Runaways (which has this version). I like this take on the Darkhold more than the Wandavision, Multiverse of Madness version, which just seemed to turn people evil for plot convenience. This is a lot more interesting.
@@benlee8436 There is only *ONE* Darkhold! That's part of why Kevin Feige de-canonized Agents of SHIELD. Both versions of the Darkhold are live-action interpretations of the *same* comic book item. Damn you, Kevin Feige! Also, this Darkhold prop was sold at the auction when Agents of SHIELD ended. So they couldn't use this one [the prop] on WandaVision.

@@jspettifer Agents of SHIELD is not part of the Sacred Timeline. Not in the same universe with the rest of the main movies and Disney+ shows, but out there somewhere else in the multiverse. I don't like this either, in fact I *HATE* it. But that's just the situation we're dealing with.

Passing a lie detector is much harder than being undercover. There wasn't a machine monitoring her body's reactions to specific questions when she was undercover plus this lie detector is the one Fury built that Romanov wasn't supposed to be able to beat.
