Spoilers for AoS 7x09! AKA one of the greatest hours of tv ever. Thank you thank you thank you to Drew and Lil for penning and directing an episode with my absolute favourite trope. Drew has always been a fave writer of mine since his Buffy days (yay season 6, the underrated gem) and WOW what a directorial debut for Elizabeth, it was amazing.
I love love love parallels between things, and AoS is FULL of them. I didn't have enough time to cover everything I wanted to include: particularly YoYo's loop and Daisy repeating her mother's arc this season. There's a lot of little moments that got cut from this, and I'd have liked to build to and finish the Enoch part more. But maybe I'll do something like this again in the future! (I had actually been planning something like this well before this episode, and I am SO HAPPY we then got this)
