Fasting is good but you don't want to always do it it's not a lifestyle you don't want to fast for a bit lose a bunch of weight and then just gain it back you just have to eat correctly it's a lifestyle thing

load outs on certain maps with right perks is key in this game just my opinion but certain levels require certain load outs etc that's where the skill comes in

If you wanna loose weight it doesn’t rly matter if you eat more or less…it’s about eating good and healthy stuff and do regular sport 2-3 a week. If you do that you can also eat sometimes unhealthy food and you will still be in shape
cardio only too jokesta, all u gotta do is watch wat u eat limit wat u eat each day let’s say breakfast lunch and in the night if u get hungry maybe like fruits or something else that’s Healthy n drink a lot of water n ur good to go💪🏽💯

Yo Jockster, I see what you are going through man! Gyro has been so bad since the last major update in codm....your gamestyle as well as mine have been affected but non gyro users can't understand this I hope codm corrects the gyro sensitivities but till then.....stay strong!!!
00:01 fasting is dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. If you drink too much water it will dilute the sodium from bones so you need to eat a pinch of salt to prevent that. Also if you're fasting after eating sugar or carbs you can get sick and mess up your gastric acid. Best way to do it it's how you said: eat once a day (intermittent fasting). The keto diet is very good to combine with fasting since you it doesn't contain much sugar or carbs. Also working out the muscles and doing cardio makes you lose weight even faster. Whenever I gain back weight I keep the keto diet, eat once every 2 days and workout every day. I lose around 5kg a week like this. Best thing is that it works really fast. Then I can return to eating whatever. And if I keep working out I don't get fat back. It's when I stop working out for a week or so when I start getting fat again.
