Consider resoling your shoes before they get too worn out. A resole will allow you to climb in the same shoe that you have already broken in. And save you a good chunk of chance vs buying a brand new pair.
Definitely a good idea. I know a lot of friends who have had good luck with resoling. Unfortunately both my experiences were very bad, so I decided to just get new pairs.

I use only MadRocks. I'm biased af tho because I live 10 minutes away from their warehouse/store HQ and that has hella advantages. You can go there and try all manner of shoes in person, but also they will sell you basically brand-new demo shoes for a huge discount. And this is how I fell in with love my MadRock Drones, really aggressive but somehow once you break them in, fairly comfy too. But there's no way I'd have even given them a shot if I had to pay $140. So I'm super spoiled lol.
Ive used these for lead! Theyre great for that. If you are doing long multi-pitch routes, then something more neutral sole could have better comfortability.
Sorry for the rough audio experience! Ill keep that in mind for the future. The tough part about recording in a gym in the loud background music that gets copyright strikes. I have to use a software to remove background audio. I will try to improve the quality in the future! Thanks.
