Poor dogs who's very innocent survival for them must be so hard with owners who just doesn't care, set a trap catch them and keep owners responsible for all cost and damages for their dogs.
Just don't hate on the dogs, Help them, they been left barren island , that's why they going nuts, like dog whisperer you need to listen to their barks for help, look like small dogs, God's creatures ! Save them , you will be blessed for good deeds
You're part of the problem, Those weren't "barks for help" they were aggressive barks indicating the fisherman stay away from what they see as their territory. These dogs need to be rounded up and euthanized.
