Effects used :- Random displacement= Magnitude:- 450-0(copy graph from video) Evolution:- 0.00-8.00(copy graph from video) Pinch/bulge= Strength:- 1.00-0(copy graph from video) Radius:- 2.500 Tiles Motion blur For those who are saying the video is too fast (sorry for that) you can also slow the playback speed

That's exposure/gamma effect... put exposure value from 1:00- 0 and adjust the graph you will get that flashing effect...you can ask me if you have any doubt

First crop the photo or video properly according to your ratio then apply tile and motion blur too. Also it's not imp to use tiles it's up to you

Both are good but I guess alight motion gives you better shakes and it also depends on the editor if the editor is good, he/she can make the best shakes from either of the apps.
