Its a skin. You get skins from battlepacks or lootcrates whatever you want to call them lol. Either buy them or earn them over time in game. (They arent worth buying you get soooo many over the course of the game)

bitheel lalululu unfortunately yes mastery comes at the cost of time, however; Ive noticed that the time to achieve mastery can be significantly reduced by playing smart. When you are playing never rush into anything mindlessly always think about positioning and enemy movement, if c flag is nearly captured by the enemy position yourself at the next closest flag instead pf rushing to c flag, positioning in this game is key. With ideal positioning comes great opportunity. In all of these clips stodeh is in the right place at the right time, this occurrence is no coincidence.
