Aggressive territorial marking by a white rhino. 

Both Black and White rhino use middens as a olfactory communication network.This is the way they send messages to one another regarding status,sex,sexual maturity and family members.Big bulls will walk from midden to midden and mark in this way. They will have many middens in their territory and they visit them on a daily basis.
This video shows the rhino kicking his own dung, this allows him to get the scent on his feet so when he walks away he leaves a trail behind him.
