Paroles Broken sleep, all too human A malady, it's gazing through when I would Dream me a dream (soft as a pillow) Dream me a dream (dream me a dream) Dream me a dream (deep in the night 'til the morning will follow) Dream me a dream (dream me a dream) Shapes of smoke, all too human They grow, like titans I would like to fall, silence every call (Will you level me with a dream?) If I could fall (fall), fall (fall) I would like to fall (fall asleep), silence every call (Will you level me with a dream?) If I could fall (fall), I would like to fall (fall) Twisted rope, defies all I know It holds, my reason Dream me a dream (soft as a pillow) Dream me a dream (dream me a dream) Dream me a dream (deep in the night 'til the morning will follow) Dream me a dream (dream me a dream) Sea of trees, calling humans To hang like leaves from the willow I would like to fall, silence every call (Will you level me with a dream?) If I could fall (fall), fall (fall) I would like to fall (fall asleep), silence every call (Will you level me with a dream?) If I could fall (fall), I would like to fall (fall) Take my word for it, for it In the dark, in the dark In the dark words can follow
@@TheDustypiano it's incredible and I just went to see Agnes in concert in Brooklyn last night at the National Sawdust Theater. It was such an incredible performance. Another really awesome song to look at from her new album will be the song coming out 'Won't you call me' which she plays at 0:30 here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4owOSxb7UwM.html
@@johncoryell Oh wow! Thats awesome! I would love to see her live! might have to wait to see if she comes to the UK. Thanks for sharing the link, I'll 100% check it out. might even work out a tutorial. :)
Heya, thanks for commenting 😊. Currently at work, when I get home I'll listen back and see. 100% keep you posted. I learn it all by ear, so I was going over it for ages. Haha. Note - I love that part too, my favourite bit of the song. :)
It's a delicate and exquisite little hook in a wonderful song. I was listening to it last night and trying to work it out. It is tricky. Two problems, picking the notes on the RU-vid band quality and getting the technique. I have a hunch that Agnes may have used a two handed approach here much like Tony Banks (keyboard player for Genesis) where he uses a two handed technique for Lamb Lies Down ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JszTrQdL314.html. I have noticed she does not play it on keys in live performances and instead uses a string player. Enough to think about I suspect. It certainly helps with the timing. Now all I have to do is pick those notes and in the right order :)...

Hiya! Unfortunately I learn these songs by ear and make up the arrangements. I'm thinking of maybe getting them transcribed, because alot of people ask. (Which is nice :) ) Just been googling the legal side of it all, I will definitely let you know through this comment if I manage to get them done :)
@@TheDustypiano I guess you still hadn't managed to bless us with the scores. Could you at least provide us a MIDI file so that we can enjoy? many many thanks
