That chicks smile when she hears the deep voice is adorable.

Agnes Obel is a rare artist who combines classical musicianship with subtle electronics to create almost ambient songs with extraordinary poetry in her lyrics. Her album, Myopia promises to continue on a beautiful trajectory, and she's touring in 2020 with Dead Can Dance.

I have watched this video 1953,1986,2019,2052,1921,1954, 1987, 2020,2053 times and I am still amazed by the way Agnes did the vocals of a guy.

The question isn't why this is such a beautiful song, but when people will realize it!

When I heard this in Dark I was like I HAVE to find it.

It's amazing how she does a sort of reverse falsetto with her voice. I had assumed a guy sang the chorus part. It was really cool to be wrong! EDIT: Okay, okay, yes, it's a pitch effect. I was foolishly hoping it wasn't.

Bravo!! I first heard this on the Netflix series 'Dark' and was immediately entranced by the beauty of the music.

The chorus has something Mysteriously Mesmerizing. Hard to put its Hypnotize in words. If there is anything like a Place beyond this World, the chorus is the tunnel that you experience to that place. It's a peak into another world that is far beyond our comprehension.
