До 1982 года я не был поклонником АВВА. Но 1982 году посмотрел кинофильм АВВА и был поражен, в первую очередь, солистками - Агнетой и Фридой. Фильм был заточен под больше под Агнетту. Но потом АББА пропала из трансляции советского телевидения и радио. Я всех спрашиваю: "А где АББА?". А никто не знает. Говорят, что поучаствовали в шоу Рейгана по поводу польских событий 80-х и их "прикрыли". И так после фильма АВВА 1982 года я ничего не знал про ее судьбу. А в 2019 в Ютубе смотрю стоит песня АВВА, Агнетта и просмотров где-то 56 млн. Ну тут я начал просматривать Ютуб. А там столько клипов, которые я в 70-х, 80-х не видел. А теперь просматриваю и кайфую как от новой группы. Вот такая машина времени получилась. Или как говориться в русской пословице: "Нет горя без добра".

Mama mia is not based on ABBA but uses songs written and produced by both Benny and Bjorn and Stig Anderson, so Agnetha has not lost out on the making of these shows as she had no input on that side. She may have sung the lyrics but the words and production were mainly down to Benny and Bjorn. Frida had financial input.. i am sure Agnetha receives royalties from the the continual sale and playing of ABBA songs and rightly so as she was probably the most endearing and memorable part of ABBA.

Agnetha's album "A" is so obviously about Bjorn under various permutations.

These photos are from 10 years when Agnetha would have been 60. She is gorgeous. Even now at 70 she has not changed much. She could be a face model for Oil of Olay. Bjorn looks happy to have Agnetha next to him. I dunno. It took a while, but I think Agnetha has gotten past the setbacks in her life. She is a glorious survivor. If it is in her destiny to have a man at her side to grow old with, I hope that will come to pass. Her children and grandchildren are so lucky to have her in their lives. As for Bjorn only he knows whether all this messiness and heartache that he caused was worth it. However messy the break up of the marriage and the band was, it seems to me there is a lot of love and passion not just between Bjorn and Agnetha, but also among and between Anni Frid and Benny. I hope as time continues they will find that sweet spot to nurture a new friendship and closeness among themselves.

Legally speaking all ABBA songs were composed by Benny Anderson & Bjorn Ulvaeus. That means all royalties of Mamma Mia songs actually belong to the songwriting duo. Agnetha should have gotten a lot more money during her stint as a member of ABBA before the group collapsed in 1982, if it were not for the bad investments that Stig Andersson their manager did with their vast earnings during their era. Actually ABBA lost a lot of money because of the late Stig Andersson. He is the real villain.

I read that Agnetha never received a nickel in royalties from Mamma Mia and that Benny scooped all the cash. Also they royally screwed Agnetha trying to dismiss her from the group when she wanted to stay home with the children. Until they realised she was the group . Any comments ? I have always felt very bitter towards Benny and not sure if I should?

Anni-Frid also had a daughter (Lise-lotte), but sadly, she was killed in a car accident some years ago.

Bjorn was always looked so cute and cheeky whenever I saw Abba on tv and I think this shows he had good attitude.

A prideful man, his biggest mistake was failing to admit he had fucked up. For me, this video says it all. In spite of shit that happens in life, they still love each other. Thanks for the video.
