I can talk a full article how only kidney is mathematically perfect and wonderes. Well, when you prove there was a designer or a creator.......you are not solving the real issue because we still need to figure out if this creator/designer is natural or supernatural. Athiests and agnostics will say this creator is natural because we have evidence of natural processes creating things, but we have no evidence of supernatural processes even existing, much less creating things. So a "natural creator" is the most logical belief.
The creator of our unique Body is supernatural because when you see human body and how they function and how enzymes, genes, enzyme transporters, hormones Neuro transmitters, immune system, glomerulus filtration, urea cycle, glycolysis, lipid metabolism, amino acid metabolism, gluconeogenesis, glucose control, muscle memory, thinking, intelligence, remembrance of the brain how hypothalamus control the temperature. and how all of this and more than this they work together, like if we are random why are they not random why are they specified why when you measure the blood pressure is numbered? when you measure the blood count is numbered? when you measure the glucose level is numbered? when you measure the liver enzymes is numbered?when you measure your electrolytes of potassium calcium sodium cholerrine, your cholesterol level. they are all number specific numbers and if they cross that number our body will not function why is that, we are very unique and the creator who created us is a supernatural super unique super special,

All those complex things happen naturally. We have evidence of natural processes, but we have no evidence of supernatural processes. None. So atheism is the more logical position.

The dawah guys need to LISTEN too.. Too many times it becomes preaching and a monologue. Also, I don't get all this proving the big bang, designer etc does NOT mean that Islam's god is the designer. Once you convince someone of a designer, you hit millions of religions claiming their god is the one.

There is just the one true God every theist believes in throughout history, they may believe this “one true God” or “one supreme God” to have have children, wife’s and separates his power to other deities. But we believe in the first being the most powerful being and the one that created this whole creation every theist believes in that. But of course every religion has different views of this “supreme God” or “the one true God” actually is 🤷🏾♂️
