Really America, Those dogs did the same tricks ever since the audition! Dogs are not millionaires! They last 10 years average, William's talent and creativity will go more than just him. He'll last for years and years. He's a Trillonaire!! America, boo to the dogs!
Maybe im missing something, but doing a remix of Canon in D + America the Beautiful while rubbing essentially giant piano strings doesn't seem to take huge amounts of talent.
I think the difference in why he didn't win and the dogs did - is that he earth harp had lots and lots of accompaniment which enhanced the music. If you noticed, a female was also playing the earth harp. And there was lots of other pieces. Then the dancer distractions. The dog performance was - just the trainer, his son, the dogs. BAM! nailed it.
As good as this was, if he had done this for the quarterfinal round and his quarterfinal performance for the finals, I don't see how he could've possibly lost. But this final was one of his weaker arrangements.
I love dogs, and they are so cute when they perform. But in my mind William Close had the better act by far and should have won. I had chills running down my spine listening to him, and I can only imagine what it´s like hearing him live.
He created that arrangement and all of the instruments, and plays and sets up his Earth Harp on stage. Even if you do not like the song, you cannot deny this man has talent. I mean, honestly, calling that customized giant harp-piano strings and rubbing down the skill set required to play said instrument is incredibly rude and ignorant of you.
Braitin's got talent a dog won so U.S.A didn't want to be out done by the U.K.So they voted the the fucking dog.Give me a break ffs..This guy has real talent shame he didn't win.
