Alot of the other AH-64's in game are missing armaments too. The Petens for example were just given the finger as well as others when they introduced the APKWS II missiles, plus the option of using AIM-9Ls instead of the shit stingers is still missing. Along with the ability to switch hellfires to direct fire mode instead of ballistic mode on the fly.

@@fire_drake12.arc.24 Well the AH-64D, at least in American service, isn’t compatible with the Sidewinder at all. The A model was, just not the D. And I’m not sure that Israel has ever been equipped with the APKWS, at least not based off publicly available info.

Every time I take 16 missiles and rush launching missiles to multiple targets I end missing a lot, this time I decided to pick targets patiently.

hello there! Basically the first one will only allow you to carry at most 8 hellfires with 2 missiles per pylon, that means only 4 if you are going to also carry 2 rocket pods in your loadout, and the 2nd modification allows you to carry up to 16 hellfires with 4 missiles per pylon. You can also hover over the modification tab and it will show a brief description that will help you to know generally what will be unlocked once you grind out the modification. Hope this helps!

@@warthy4889 5 months later I am STILL grinding the AH1Z lol. Im down to the last 40k or something. I only grind in GRB. To be honest I don't know, I might be able to give you a pros and cons about the ah64 vs the ah1z AH64d Pro: - Has radar (It has saved me a few times from being ambushed by planes, specially props. I still die to planes sometimes: - tandem missiles agm114k (I suppose it might make some difference against the top russian tanks, but to be honest i feel they work the same. - is more maneuverable Cons: -you have to chose between MAWS and stingers. When i chose maws, i get killed by planes, when i chose stingers I might get plane kills but I get splattered by pantsirs.

Its a game, the Ah-64's should have their full suite of weapons unless there is an alternative for the user country. Also thats outright incorrect on the part of Aim-9Ls on the petens, they were and still are used by israel It also doesnt cover the fact that anyone who got the US Peten has been fucked over seeing as they literally copy-pasted another one in the tree with all the missing armaments and didnt compensate them whatsoever yet the Peten is now no better than a YAH-64 but sits at 10.7

It is an extremely slow grind if you plan on commiting to it but the premium Apache

Hello my friend, it was a long long journey since Valkyries update 5 years ago .. I was using premium choppers like Mi-24D and BO-105 in Heli EC before the coming of Ka-50s, the situation was totally different .. there was even no air to air missiles, and after couple of months the most dangerous AAM came to the game with the Tigers, Stinger missile.. farming AH-1Gs and Mi-4s with it was unfair haha.

When 1.81 “The Valkyries” update came out 5 years ago, the Viper used to fly at 400km\h speed easily, it was carrying TOW missile back then before Hellfire was a thing in the game.

AH-64D is 11.0 with no MAW and no AIM-9L but it still has radar, better Hellfire, 30mm cannon and better flight performance .. next video is AH-64A which is another interesting choice to look at .. it is a 10.7 Apache with AIM-9L!

@@Hunter_i86 I'll say the 30mm cannon is a con due to low velocity terrible range and accuracy. Does the hellfire make a big difference? It's only 100 more mm but i wonder if it being tandem makes it a lot better.

@@ChrisVesgo Yak is a disappointment, it is classified as strike aircraft but with no guided munitions at 12.0 is sad.

Helipad AAA should be removed in my opinion, they are just useless, annoying and immerse killer .. like night illumination flares.

@@thebirbestbirb as far as I've tested and heard its a mix of hedp getting cucked by server desync etc and the fact their velocity and etc is modeled after training rounds, not to mention its spread is way to much, it's like a shotgun almost

I activate it once per one "log in", not every battle, and I turn away to prepare my bird for a pull off and also not to get closer to the battlefield.

Hmmm, I think: A- Hellfire is untrusty against choppers, so it is more untrusty against jets as well. B- I plan to save rockets to kill one SPAA, unguided weapons are fire and forget as you know, I can spam them on SPAA and totally pull off.

@@Hunter_i86 Hellfire work against Choppers and planes at ranges below 2-3km so that they dont go high into the air first. They need a direkt hit though. Thats why i usually fire up to 3 to get the hit.

Not much I guess, next video will be about AH-64A in a full down-tier scenario, I recently knew that AH-64A can carry AIM-9L, it was surprising to me honestly! If you ask me what to choose between Apache A and Viper I would go for Apache, will sacrifice MAW for the better flight performance, 30mm cannon and 6 air to air missiles; 4x Stinger + 2x Sidewinder + 8x Hellfire in the same loadout.
