This whole incident is very unfortunate. I know we all gather at the spot whenever accidents happen. But court doesn’t work like this. He will be only charged for over speeding because court would say that people should not have stood in the middle of the road. Secondly, police should have cordoned off the area where the previous accident happened. I hope departed souls get peace 😢

I agree...overspeeding was wrong..but crowd gathering on highway is also wrong...already one car accident was there with dumper...in that case driver cant take right decision immediately and can't control car speed...this accident happened before he breaks... of course overspeeding is wrong.crowd gathering on highway is also wrong
