People get jobs via connections in every single industry all the time. I don't know why it's such a big deal when an actor does the same. Getting a job is one thing, but sustaining a career is another. Leslie Grossman has been on multiple tv series and movies because she's good and the audience likes her. It's not like they hire her each time under the qualification "Spielberg's former lawyer's daughter".
Yep and the views would tell a very different story and this was nothing new for it was full of cringe modern day trash that comes out of an out of touch reality TV show. I watched 1984 for the first time this year and I really liked it! My only gripe is that I wish they had used a fictional serial killer instead of Ramirez, but I get why they did it.

Ummm, you know she has been acting since she first started reality TV right. Most of its all fake and scripted and yet everyone believes it’s real. Her entire public image is essentially fake and well crafted. So either she sucks at acting and everyone knows her shows are fake or she is great at acting and does very well in front of a camera. It cant be both.
@@PassionneeBtbf I feel like they were both casted because Emma and Denis are the only original cast members to return. Casting Kim and Cara definitely brought in some viewers. Even if it was just a few 😭
