I realised this just a few years ago that my work is getting in the way of my life. Now I have rules, I never work on a Sunday, and keep Saturdays really light. Talk to myself more often to get perspective. Anxiety is out of the window. What’s the point of money and success if you aren’t relaxed.
Aleena Don't let work imbalance peace in your life. Don't let your work hours being proportional to your growth because that is growth in wrong direction. Having rules is crucial because health,family and peace of mind are as important as money .
Because you are not comfortable with yourself..anyone who is not able to sit in silence without doing anything..is always in need for someone or something to make them happy,or busy.
Holiday in 23 years? You never went out with parents on vacation? Visited cousins? Weddings? Chilling with friends? You barely left parents nest so what are you talking about?
I think she is not talking about that holidays where you go somewhere but more over talking about the holidays where you stay at home alone as that gets very anxious
I amazed how this generation used this things overthinker, depression, OCD etc etc just to be in the game and to look fancy..😂😂In the free time of just 30 min they dont forget to make a reel or check their social media account... Then upload it and watch for comments and then replying them... And still they have time to overthink... Do they even have time to think... Or the better question is do they even think... Just to look cool they say this things... And thie gen z then get influenced and hurried to comment ohh its me, relatable, Ussssssssss,lola lahsun 😂.... Height of show off. 🙌🙌

Ohhh I'm an overthinker as well...but don't work...than overthink it more... isn't it crazy (although luckily earning good money...but bit scared to get kicked out of the company someday 🤔)

Maths and Logics have left the chat. Regardless of when she started working and for all those that are supporting her statement should question whether she was the one deciding whether to take a holiday break or work at the younger years??! She doesn’t even know what anxiety and depression is yet. These people do all this just to be on stage and get public attention. For GOD sake, ask those people that have real depression and anxiety how life is like. They will never even want to discuss or tell you anything. Let alone be on the stage with all make up and glamour. Shame.
