Okay, I will be honest. I did not use as many Vader scenes as I wanted but I will still consider it as an Ahsoka & Vader edit.
I made this video on a whim and finished it in under 24 hours. Sound familiar? Yeah that is pretty much what I did last time when I edited Ahsoka and Anakin. I am always surprised by how easy it is for me to edit them. I am so fast at this point I always love the outcome (which is not something that is happening with a lot of my videos). Idk how to explain it. These two are just special to me.
The only downside of finishing these videos so quickly is that I want to start another one right away...

AHHHH Your tributes always make me cry, the song choice is amazing, I almost did a tribute to the instrumental version of this but I didn't think I could do it right. I love the white paint effects and all of the parallels you did are just so good. And the ending with Vader in the snow just hurtsssss

@@Lilylilie I thought the lyrics actually fit really well! Maybe not with the specific scenes but the overall story, and plus the voiceovers totally steal the show because they are so good! I might do a similar style tribute to this but not the same song because I don't want to take any views from you because this is so good!

Absolutely wonderful. From watching your videos I see how much your editing has improved. If I'm right in the vid you Isolated ashoka and Anakin from the backgrounds (in some senes) which looked amazing and gave a really cool effect.

Actually no, it is just the coloring that filters out all the blue and since TCW is very blue it gave a lot of clips this amazing effect! I actually created this coloring a few weeks ago for romantic edits because I wanted a redish-pinkish one. And then when I was trying to decide a coloring I put this on and it looked like this! Unintentionally it created exactly the effect I had in mind when I started this video 😊 And thank you so much!! 2021 I have been trying a lot of new things with my videos and I am so happy that most of you seem to really like them!!

This video broke me, it was so amazing and sad. I loved how you had some voice overs echoing, I thought that was cool, I just love everything about this edit. Also, I think it’s time to say this. I only started liking Star Wars for little over a year, your Lilylilie was the first channel I found that made edits for Star Wars, I found her channel while I was watching the Clone Wars, it was the only show I would watch, I would sit in my room for hours watching The Clone Wars, but what I’m trying to say is, thank you for making my 2020 so amazing, I am so happy I subscribed, and thank you for encouraging me to make my own edits for my channel on Star Wars. I can’t believe I just noticed this, but during the beginning of the video and end of the video you had voice overs echoing, that was over Ahsoka trying to sense Anakin, and her realizing that all of her friends are dead. And in the end you had Anakin in Vader’s suit trying to find evidence that Ahsoka is still alive, (and I say Anakin in Vader’s suit because is eye color is blue and not stil yellow). But anyways I’m both scenes it was someone thinking about something, and with the echoing voice overs, it looks like those quotes were echoing in their heads. I don’t know if you were trying to do that or it’s just a coincidence, I still think it’s cool.

Ironic; I JUST finished watching Rebels TODAY, and then you upload this, which is heavily Rebels influenced! I like the tremolo effect you used for the audio at the beginning (did I get that right? Sounded like Tremolo to me lol) The coloring and grain effect you have going on is fantastic! This one really captured what Ahsoka must have been thinking throughout Rebels... The way you put in flashbacks as Ahsoka looks at Anakin and sees "What he's become..." Also, I ironically just used that "Passionate, Impulsive" quote and Anakin hugging Ahsoka scene EXACTLY the way you did it here in an upcoming video of mine... Double irony haha! 😂 Great job with the vid! 🤩👌

Actually I didn’t. I just made the voices in the beginning echo by copying the audio clip, putting it a few seconds ahead and making it quieter. That I repeated until the echo was strong enough for my taste :) Yes that was definitely the idea behind the video! To show Ahsoka trying to understand and accept what happened with Anakin :) I feel like in some parts I get lost in parallels a bit 😅 but I do love what I ended up with :) Yeah the hug just fits perfectly with that voiceover! I try to change up the clip and voiceover pairings I do in my videos but some are just so perfect that I keep repeating them...

Idk if you take requests or not, but there is a song called “Perfect Doesn’t Last” by Beth Crowley (I think that’s how you spell her name). It reminds me so much of Anakin and Ahsoka and I know you literally just did a video about them, but maybe if you run out of ideas you could try this? Idk just a thought

I kinda wish Ashoka would have listened to maul because maybe just maybe she would have went back to save him or even if Ashoka would have went to that “meeting” that set off order 66 because these two issues made it all worse I know maul was evil but he knew what was true!!! Good bye Anakin and Ashoka. And then in rebels Vader says “Our long awaited meeting has come at last” know Ashoka said we would have to check up another time. Oh my gosh WHY DID THIS DUO HAVE TO SPLIT APART. I blame this all on the council tho because if Ashoka never left that order I don’t think neither would of Anakin. STUPID COUNCIL!
