AI Builder Invoice Form Processing with Approval using Power Apps and Power Automate

Welcome to my new session on AI Builder Form Processing. Here we have taken an example for one full solution for Invoice Scanning, Processing and Approval Process with help of AI Builder’s Form Processing model, Power Apps and Power Automate.
This is the perfect example of AI Builder, Power Apps, and Power Automate
AI Builder = This will train our form processing AI Model
Power Apps = We can consume our AI Builder Form Processing model inside the Power Apps
Power Automate = Upon successful submission of the form, we will store the data to the SharePoint list. The approval flow will be triggered. Upon successful approval process, we can Approve/Reject the invoices and that will be updated to the SharePoint list.
We will talk about the Form Processing AI model in detail with this session. We will create, train, and publish our AI Builder demo.
Once our Form Processing model will be developed, we will consume AI model in Power Apps.

Bro please tell us how about 21.35 collection part... ClearCollect( InvoiceInfo, FormProcessor1.Tables.table_0 as I see most of peoples were not understanding this thing..where you changed collection name. and people where asking from last one year... else you keep doing videos hope you will clear the doubts of most of users.... I hope you understood teaching is all about passion not about gaining view by giving half of information.

Hi Dhruvin. Thanks for explaining form processing well. I've a doubt. After extracting form data in power app, can I edit those extracted data before clicking on save button?

Hi, love your videos, I was wondering if there is a way to submit the contents of the collection into the same SharePoint item that the form created? I've tried using the patch function but haven't managed to get it to work yet. Thanks in advance.

@@iamdhruvinshah need to create a recurring monthly approval workflow. It should be a popup when approver clicks on approve and that window will show specific information for each item.
