This proves my theory that Illit is actually Red Velvet inspired and not NewJeans like everyone says. Lucky Girl Syndrome is the most RV coded song I’ve heard in a while.

I've been seeing people say this sounds similar to Red Velvet, and I could never see it, but now it makes sense. With some more harmonies or vocal stacking or something, it would be a perfect fit.

i don't know why SM does not give at least one song like this as a tittle track, instead they are still having quirky songs, wich are very enjoyable but it keeps them from being at the same level as 4th gen groups (in terms of popularity)

I think red velvet prefer to have music that is artistic and unique rather than having music that matches what's popular, though I do wish sometimes they would do something that would fit the trends just because I want to see people appreciate them again.
