Are straws stored sealed end up or down in N2? Are straws thawed sealed end up or down?

crimped end up (thats the part you cut off) cotton plungers are the part the rod of the AI gun pushes the semen out with -act as a wiper seal.

If u end left the tank open for two hours would the straws be okay?

If the nitrogen level was high to start I'd expect the upward evaporation would potentially kill the top end of your straws. Vapour will still keep them below -150C but if there's a bit of a breeze evaporation will be quicker. Safest thing would be to get a low value straw lab checked and get flask topped up ASAP.

how long will the semen last if transported using ordinary flask? without any lquid nitrogen?

it won't last without any nitrogen

It will last indefinitely, as long as the temperature in the flask is maintained and it is not brought up into the air too many times. I have 24 year old semen straws in my flask that have gotten cows in calf.

Can you export to Nigeria a will need a Brahman semen and if it's possible how much will it cost me

unfortunately, we cannot export outside of the uk and I do not sell Brahman semen. You could also have a look at Bonsmara cattle, they will be suited to your type of climate.
