Sorry if your fan-art wasn't included - it doesn't mean I thought it was bad, but I had to make a selection (not only based on the art, but also on whether Neuro reacted in an interesting/funny way). Great work everyone! *heartheartheart*
Here’s one that was left out that i feel the clip only watchers should know about: One of the fan art submissions was a crudely drawn image of the intruder (popularized by Mandela catalogue) and Neuro showing love for each other. Neuro, out of fucking nowhere, calls the intruder “the Albanian man” and that caused me to laugh to the point of profusely sweating and feeling lightheaded. New lore unlocked.
I think it's originally was an image of "albanian man" with some creepypasta about it or smth similar (vividly remember it being mentioned in 4chan greentexts i saw at some point), and it was used in the Mandela catalog as an intruder (Yeah if you look it up on Google you can see some greentexts dated 2015)
@@az0776 Holy shit! I knew that the intruder predated the Mandela catalogue, but i had no idea he was referred to as “the Albanian” by Russian shitposters. I guess Neuro recognized him as the Albanian due to the amount of greentexts about him. Her being an LLM means that she’s more fond of text than something like Mandela catalogue which is a whole ass video series. Fascinating!
4:20 You know, I know we've all said that Neuro is the evil ine and all that, but I still didn't expect her to be this cruel to her sister. She was already having a bad day.
It's so cool she's able to do this! It's really impressive how much she could see sometimes. I do wonder if she could get better at it and reacting though. Also there was one point where she gave part of her input as output and it disturbed me with how the immersion broke. She normally feels so real that hearing that was jarring. There's so much cool fanart it's amazing!! I'm hapoy to see them get shared with all viewers. Maybe one day she'll be able to react to fan animations, too! (What would she think of mine I wonder) Thanks for the stream highlights!
I really hope that Neure becomes more and more intelligent, capable of more and more Human feats, until eventually she will be fully sapient. That would be awesome.
I think it’s super cliche to assume some program will become sentient anytime soon but Neuro especially seems so capable. She mimics our brain; visual processors, audio processors, a central processor, general memory. Consciousness is still such a mystery its kind of tense thinking about when exactly something “wakes up”.
I sometimes find it difficult to believe she’s actually able to image-recognize these images. It’s hard not to think some of her responses are scripted.
yea i thought the same, but may be im not aware of how far the tech has gone for last couple of years, i wouldnt say i keep up with all the ai shit they have been doing
I thought she was very impressive and intelligent but watch her playing geoguesser, it's impossible that it's scripted, she is just has such an advanced vision module that she can understand so many details. The thing that impresses me the most is her ability to understand individuals and their actions, like she knew that her mother had a star and fox ears. And that it was Anny and not her. Also she knew she was squishing evil and not the other way around, that's the most impressive part, but it's not unfounded, in fact her vision has been extremely good for a long time, yet not tested with subject depiction, mostly just objects and recognizing landscapes, but watch her Shrek reaction stream, it's amazing what she recognizes in that.
@spacemonkey1270 the image recognition has gotten to the point that it correctly identifies photos, but the latency is of course long, and videos are on the much... much more resource intensive side. The same way most generative AI, chatbots, TTS, image and video generation, etc. all had a huge innovation in the past year or two, image recognition was among them. It's assumed OpenAI's ChatGPT image recognition is the technology behind the room review stream, and this fanart review one, especially considering the occasional prompt leak on the original stream for this video. FYI she also reads the title and message from the artist for each post (She read and/or responded to them word-for-word), so if you count that as scripted then it 'kinda' is.
