This is one of the few channels out there that is directed at mid level devs and creators. Beginner content feeds you the instructions with a spoon, making the video 2 hours long, and you end up learning the mere basics. Kudos to you mate.

There are tools out there to help compress glb file size, see gltf-pipeline. But a lot of it will be reducing the complexity and resources used in the model.
