Jo result me aaya hai wo mana jayega. With this marks there is no chances in state or national counseling. If you have any prove that you scored 300+ and there is an error you can approach court for that.

Eligibility marks kbhi change nh hote hai. That's why we call them as cutoff marks also bcoz they definitely cuts off 50% students.

It is slightly tough. I would say attempt all the rounds of counseling. You might get your desired subject once conversion of seat takes place from govt employees seats and unoccupied seats

Definitely you have chances in state counseling. If you belong from UP, WB or MP you have very high chances but if you belong to states like RJ, Guj, MH then there is no chance

Category rank for general students is not counted, all india rank is applicable. (No category reservation for general). With 198 AIR you have a good chances to get a MD in state counseling. Multiple factors will also affect your chances of selection like number of seats in particular state you are looking for. For national counseling your rank is still in a dicy situation 🙂 All the best
