Still inspiring, I am beginning to get some liberty play with my boy now. I need to improve my draw but I can Yo Yo him at liberty, send to tarp and pedestal, have him trot alongside me, send him on a circle at liberty and change direction at liberty. Thanks to you for showing me how it looks at its best!!!

Never once did you congratulate this amazing accomplishment. I can't imagine the hours and dedication that must have been given to reach such a beautiful level of comradery.
Awh, I do those things with my horse too... didn't know it was all Parelli though. Figured it out on our own. Though, I don't use a stick/whip often; two times out of ten, for variety or in early long distance communication (it's a little unfair that I don't have a tail to swish, maybe I'll see what happens if my hair is long enough!). We do long-distance patterns in pasture, without any equipment, mostly for fun, sometimes it's useful. The farthest I've tried was about 70ft from my horse.
This is Natural Horsemanship. It uses a unsiversal language, that many horsemen and horseladies before Pat Parelli learned to use. Pat Parelli put it into a school program, building up step by step, so that anyone can learn it - also "non-native horse speakers".
was meinst du mit 'too technical'? der sinn von parelli ist doch, mit den pferden ein spielerisches miteinander aufzubauen und sie dazu zu bringen, bestimmte dinge, die sie von natur aus auch machen, zu tun, um sie zu gymnastizieren. deshalb heißt das konzept von pat parelli ja auch "parelli's seven games" wär schön, wenn du mir deine meinung erläutern würdest :) liebe grüße
Schade, dass Du kein Video von Dir eingestellt hast, denn ich würde gerne mal sehen,wie Du mit Deinem Pferd Kreativität interpretierst und das meine ich nicht herablassend, sondern wirklich aus Interesse.Vielleicht sieht man mal etwas von Dir auf RU-vid?
@Feliximke Das hat nichts mit funktionierenden Pferden zu tun. Parelli will entspannte und gleichzeitig konzentrierte Pferde. Da könne die schonmal schnell 'abgeschlatet' wirken, ich weiß, das habe ich am Anfang auch gedacht. Aber als ich dann das erste mal mit meiner Stute richtig gearbeitet habe, war sie auf einmal total ruhig, aber man hat ihr die Anstrengung angesehen. Danach hat man ihr ihre Müdigkeit richtig angemerkt. Aber dieses 'abgeschaltet' ist schlicht und einfach Konzentration.

RU-vid's comment section is not exclusively made for the praise or scolding of an upload, but to simply comment. I adopted neither a condescending tone nor any of what you imply. I imply no hate or scorn. Though I'm open to any crit on my behavior so that I may learn to respect society, your remark isn't valid for this specific circumstance, as the woman did not ask for compliments exclusively.
Schade, dass Du Dich nicht mehr mit Parelli auseinandergesetzt hast,dann würdest Du sehen, daß dieses Pferd alles andere als abspult und ein paar Sachen schief gehen.Das schöne daran ist, dass Aida total gelassen bleibt.Dieses Pferd ist ein introvertiertes Pferd.Diese Pferden zeigen Gefühle eben nicht so nach aussen.
@Feliximke sry, but obviously you haven't researched parelli. otherwise you would know that the entire point of the program is to put the dignity of the horse first.
Ich gebe Dir Recht, dass es grundsätzlich viele Pferde gibt, die mechanisch und ohne Ausdruck rüberkommen, in dem Fall steht die Arbeit und nicht die Kreativität im Vordergrund. Parelli aber bietet sehr viel Kreativität und der Rest muss halt vom Menschen kommen. Liberty technisch? Wo soll denn hier die Technik sein, schliesslich kommt hier nur der Stick, das Seilchen vom Stick und natürlich die Körpersprache zum Einsatz.
Schwer ist es nicht Parelli zu erlernen! Schwierig ist während dem Programm "nur" IIMMER aus der Sichtweise des Pferdes zu denken und demnach zu Handeln.
