Aiden never had a jury that found him guilty. Aiden was shafted on a fair trial.

That is because when the court commenced for jury selection. Fucci and his defense counsel issued a guilty plea rather than allow the trial to commence. Fucci had access to due process and to a fair and complete jury trial. Fucci and his defense team waived those rights when they entered the plea. His lack of a fair trial was derailed through his own means. He could have drawn out the process for months.by entering a guilty plea, he also waived any possible appeals which further reduced his access to due process. He can have his case reevaluated after he spends 25 years incarcerated.
