I tell people all the time that there are a few career choices that are basically recession proof. Nursing is one of those career paths. Once you get a nursing license there are so many doors that are open for you to go where you please and work. Do a few years locally and get experience, some additional certification and a resume and travel. Literally go anywhere you want to go for the most part. I am taking core classes myself to go back to nursing school after right at 12 years as a paramedic. Good luck A-Fan!
I have a whole family of medical professionals and the opportunities are endless. That's one of those careers that chooses you. We're pulling for you Aiden. 🙏👍
Nursing is a busy career. BIG need for quality nurses. You'll never have to worry about a job. My wife, mid career, changed professions and went to nursing school, graduated and has been a registered nurse for the last 15 years or so. What is good is (at least in our area), there seems to be plenty of jobs in the area. So, you if you want to stay in an area, there are multiple places to work. It will never be like you are stuck at a location you don't like and you can't leave because they are the only game in town.
How's it going Slade. Medical field will always be a demand. Good luck to Aiden in whatever road his life leads him. This felt like a trip back in time seeing that field and batting cage. God bless and see yall next time
