Snopp was a nobody when Pac and Biggie was about until Dre dusted his wack ass off and brought him back into the mix with Em then all of a sudden Dre drops him to concentrate on Em, signs of jealousy from snoop backstabbing and this video is him trying to use his gangland connections to intimidate Em, rat moves be a man fight your battle the one you picked 🤔
@@7rueop1n1on5 you realize em is also a Democrat, right? Lol hate to tell you this but Em has been very outspoken when it comes to your orange cult leader...
@@yahchaazawan6604 The chances of Em using swords and talking about it are likely then a black man going on social media and saying he's killed people. Who knows, maybe Em is a big fan of Game Of Throne and likes to put on a lil theater in his backyard from time to time.
@@vin-kingsleyonianwa5483 Snoop isn't even top 20 of the goats lol. So why would Eminem even mention him? If this video proved anything, it's that Snoop can't pencil for shit
@@vin-kingsleyonianwa5483 I disagree. Snoop has no need to get jealous. There are many lists. And some Rappers who are and have been purely better. If that's beef worthy, Snoop needs to grow up🤣

@@ivandragojlovic7651 2005 podcast, snoop basically shat all over Eminem show n encore, because he couldn't get passed STAN he said loud and proud "I don't listen to Eminem, cuz I'm a gangsta" there was another show, but it wasn't anywhere near as blatant as the 05 one. This 20 one isn't as bad. don't know whether that qualifies. But it does to me. And I've gone back to infinite, as far as I could at least. If you know of something pre 05,let me know please. Have a good day, from Britain, hope the new year treats you well.
Eminem is literally making all these old rappers stand up and do something new instead of resting on their laurels and hating new shit from the shadows. Eminem is single-handedly trying to hand hiphop back to real lyricists and paving a way to that bag for all of them and they just can't see past Em being white.
@@mateonelson3862 He’s not saying there aren’t any lyricists in the game. There’s plenty, he’s saying that Em is trying to bring more recognition to those MC’s to get them to that mainstream level. Main lyricists I see on that level are Cole, Kendrick, Cordae, and a few others but there are many MC’s that deserve to be heard more. Griselda, Royce (Who’s now Grammy nominated), KXNG Crooked, Token, Jarred Benton, and plenty others. Hip Hop needs it’s roots to have light shown upon them. Not saying get rid of simpler shit but we need a balanced culture to provide longevity for itself. If it’s only radio shit at the mainstream level, then new people will eventually stop listening. I want Hip Hop to continue to grow. It’s done so much for so many people.
How can you call Snoop a real lyricist when he hires ghost writers? lol Dude should have 0 credibility in the hip hop game after admitting to doing that multiple times.
@@mateonelson3862 What are you even talking about. lol Snoop straight up admitted he had ghost writers for various tracks on many occasions. Famously he admitted Jay Z wrote his verse on Still DRE. Learn to use Google and stop being a fuckboii.
@Christopher Sydneus He is most definitely not the reason hiphop is mainstream but there is some truth in him being the reason forit being globally huge.

@@BaldwinFanonGarveyTureShakurX They're stating their opinion that one diss track was better than another specifically in terms of diss-ness(?). Now i agree with you, in my opinion rap devil was pretty mediocre at best, and quite weak in its dissing of Em (very shallow pointless "shots") however when you start the song you know what it is immediately its a diss track, an entire song dedicated to that one purpose. Half of snoops track was basically cliché "bitches and drugs" till he eventually starts dropping eminem album references. If someone came here looking for a diss track they'd be fairly disappointed. That doesn't mean they "dont no rap" (do u no grama?), just means they were expecting more of a diss track than a standard rap track.
@@chrisb.heckons637 The record is old. I dont know if the 2 - 3 shots where already in it (what wasnt even good) but it could be. Because god is all long talking shi about em.
Exactly what I said he's putting out some limbs Eminem said his name and he didn't even say it in that bad of a way yeah he did I'm only kidding, but you're right that's not it oh, sorry song it's a good song not even the best I've heard what a good song Eminem had way better bangers on side B, anyway that's just not enough plus Eminem does not use subliminals he'll say your name, and Snoop Dogg and rap I have to give it to him but it sounds the same always. I can compare that to a song on doggystyle, and when he went in on the C's he messed up , strip work, set essentially what you said Oh, I thought he was talking about you cuz you always say talk that shitt and then he says that nigga better leave me alone Eminem's Not A nigga, Plus you notice he said I'm going to the gym the man is 60 something years old you can't start trying to get muscles at that age it's not going to happen Snoop has always been thin that's why the name is Snoop he looks like Snoopy. I mean I don't care but he knows that that's in your genetics unless you he wants to do steroids I don't know but just him saying I got to go to the gym looking like Aunt Jemima don't make me laugh come on Snoop you got to admit it you got that thing on your head you are way too old to be going to the gym now you should have started when you were younger but that's why I thought he was talking about you I swear and I even said something like you do reactor oh, IDK why he would even bring you into it so but then again he is not calling out Eminem's name he subliminally trying, damn you can't do that shit at least MGK said Slim Shady said Eminem name Eminem should not respond at all but I will give you the beat is knocking as usual oh, that's what's so sad about this is they should be together as a family because Snoop has good beats great Beats, IDK if they're better than dr. Dre's but close so this should not even be happening it's so stupid and I want to know why Snoop is acting like this??? OMG why

Exactly what I was thinking, that isn't even snoop's bar. He stole the first half of that bar from em too. Em said he was the kryptonite way back in the day when he was rapping about chris reeves playing superman 😂
I don’t think Em will respond. I think he just had something to get off his chest because he felt disrespected. I think Em still respects Snoop as a rapper, as a legend, but wasn’t gonna take what snoop said sitting down! If this is Snoops response, why he lip syncing his own bars? That’s corny af to me...
He didn't write the lyrics and whatever studio he was in was trash on the mixing and mastering. 2 months ago it should sound clear as fuck but he didn't write it and he was learning the verse as he spit it. This is Snoop's hot chip from hell challenge. He's about to get that massive burn so all you black ppl who think your favorite black artist is ready for em make sure they ain't trying to make a club song to verify that are better than Em. Hip Hop is about lyrics and life. A lot of rappers do not even live what they rap they are illusionist to the real lyrical spittas lol
Hey brotha, I just stumbled upon you while you were doing some of the new Eminem music but just wanted to tell you I appreciate what you are doing, love the honesty and boldness. I'm a fan man. You give off a good vibe and so far though only a few videos I've seen but our thoughts were in line
@@jaguarb6388 hes suggesting he is antifa... The funny thing is Em is left too, maybe not so far left but hey.. people like to spout words like lefty and commie without actually knowing what they are talking about
I feel same like snoop debuted hot and after it was like oh snoop cool. He been living off that album's rep and connection to pac and dre kept the fans cheering for him bout it.
Yeah I agree. He might just mention him or something like the Joe Budden jabs, we'll see. Snoop seems to be lookin for attention, thats what it seems like to me.
@@s3majx_x966 thats how much power Eminems name has and MGK was smart about his marketing strategy. He had rap devil ready for months. He was waiting on the right time to drop it because he was attempting to get more exposure. After he got it he was ready to use it to the best of his advantage. If Eminem did the same thing and made a banger with his diss track then it would have gravitated even more.
Who wrote it I wonder , snoop was prob getting high , then had to memorise it , then put it out lol. He’ll need an album of diss tracks toward Em coZ Em will get everything about snoop in one breath lol
Thank you for not being biased. This is probably one of the most interesting rap beefs that have happened in recent history. 2 of the greats going at it.
the fact that Em wrote Forgot about Dre for Dr.Dre and Snoop but Dre wanted Eminem on it instead of Snoop probably didn't either.. especially cause at the time Still D.R.E. wasn't even planned
"you play superman I'll be your kryptonite" The break down of this part was awesome. Kryptonite, crip tonight. Keep it going, although old man snoop can't measure himself in rapping sentences with more than one meaning, but that was awesome, both the part itself and you breaking it down the way you did it.
Snoops starting to remind me of joe budden and lord jamar. Love him as an artist but his beliefs are wack if this is how he views eminems impact on hip hop.
Yeah like a kid in kindergarten thinking he good when he so elementary lyrically compared to EM........And quit using this " doggy style" line, come up with some new shit !!! 🤣🤣
Go back in listen to the lyrics from I need a doctor. The lyrics from both em and dre, it started from the beginning and snoop went ro noi limit. Also in this snoop just did was also a response to book of rhymes.
Snoop needs to remember what he said back in the day. "He wouldnt even be on a track with em as he would get wrecked". Imagine what will happen now lol I personally think its about race or snoop to become relevent again.
This song was played back in October of last year, so either Snoop has had this "diss" planned before Eminem even mentioned him, or he took an old song and added a couple of lines that could be sub-dissing Eminem; it's weak either way.
@@MDK22420 yes can you tell the two videos Stevie played were different? One he has a tank. That's from Sunday. The other he's fully clothed is from October.
All Snoop did was mention Eminem songs/albums. 🥴 He's been playing this song on IG for months. He just saw it as an opportunity to promote it. Typical at this point. 🤦🏻♀️
" He said The same person who closed curtains (Eminem's Album curtain call) will close coffins, Call him Kamikaze cause he in my concentration camp, and he said you play superman I will be your kryptonite. Eminem has always been superman and Snoop is saying that Eminem wouldn't be anything without him and DRE. It is for sure a diss to Eminem. Its just a weak fuckin diss " Shoutout to the phantom guy who did the clarifications first 👊
"Call him Kamikaze cause he in my concentration camp." This line sounds like a rapper creating rap for every word he draw. It doesnt even make sense lyrically and historically.
@@raymatp1 It makes perfect sense historically. After Pearl Harbor, the US rounded up Japanese immigrants and put them in concentration camps in response to the attack.
I think everyone misses the line where he said “running numbers up with compilation albums”. The Curtain Call was an Eminem greatest hits album. Also Eminem dropped another one of those a few years ago called Shady XV
@@kingdavid2288 That may be but Snoop has never been lyrically gifted. It isnt what Snoop says its how he says it and because of that he would get shit on if em came after him.
Fkng love ya Stevie. He wrote that to promote the patreon my guy talk yo shit’ woulda popped off lol you’re thought process and swag keeps us coming back bruh, you always keep it a C note. Nothing but love, I hope this was just a cute way for snoop to prove he’s an OG and kinda slap back at Eminem but it doesn’t go anywhere else. Snoop makes money, em made his point. Hopefully this west coast banger doesn’t turn this into the chronic 3 never coming out....
"Play "Superman" I'll be your Kryptonite" Me: "Oh, I'll be your Kryptonite/I'll be your crip tonight... Okay, that's pretty baller....... Has Snoop Dogg ever written a double entendre before this song??"
I saw that part of the song was played in earlier vids but didnt have any diss in it. The song never came out. He was probably still working on it when he showed that short bit.
I may be wrong but I feel it started brewing after the whole Lord Jamar Kamikaze diss came out. From there on he was vocal regarding Em as when he got a chance. He's not that kind of you know his career. He doesn't do that normally. My worst fear is it might be some rap plus racial ego disputes. I'd hate if these Goats beef. My childhood has been these guys. SMH🤦🏻♂️
Nope, snoop was promoting this track on insta months before the Eminem response .But he maybe added the verse with “kamikaze” “superman” as said on Shaq’s channel
