i like this video alot , to all the aikido people out there train hard train often dedicate your life to it and make sure to use alot of atemi and pratical application of the techiques
@GorgeousGeorge121 That only O-Sensei's children and grandson have been chosen as the next Doshu. However, I posted this several months ago and have found my answer on RU-vid and by asking questions at my dojo.
Basically Aikikai. If you want to name a style, people perhaps would call it Yamaguchi Style. As Yamaguchi sensei emphasized this kind of using the hips and the contact to Uke. (Yasuno sensei is one of the more well known students of Yamaguchi sensei)
Excellent demonstration. I've studied several martial arts over the last 18 years (wing chun, shorinji kempo, jeet kune do) and now I have fallen in love with Aikido. However, I was wondering dosen't it bother anyone that there is so much nepotism with the doshu or am I missing something?
ok boys, that's enough nonsense said here some years ago. If you look forward to have grades, Dans and chocolates, don't bother doing aikido. If you think that there is an Aikikai style, go buy goggles, because there isn't any Aikikai style, all teachers and practitioners have their own style, all different. it's no secret aikido is true Budo, follow the path your own way, is it difficult to understand?
