Bonsoir, Guillaume. J'ai pu remarquer que les programmes d'apprentissage de la Fédération Française et de la AFA (Association belge francophone d'aïkido) était fort similaire. Ayant trouvé la brochure de la Fédération Française bien faite, puis-je, m'en servir comme base ou dois-je, au préalable, en référé à mon sensei ? Je vous remercie pour la réponse que vous me donnerez et encore merci pour ces vidéos qui me vident l'esprit des tracas quotidiens.
