Munadori (胸取り), “chest grab”, is when the attacker grabs your jacket by the chest. Here are some basic aikido techniques against munadori.
Usually, munadori is practiced with a single hand grip, like in this video, but a two-handed grip is treated much the same.
Ideally, the aikido defense begins before the chest grab is applied, which is done in jutai (soft body) training, but it is important to also practice the techniques in gotai (static body), where the grab is applied before you start. That can be quite a challenge when the attacker’s grip is firm. All the techniques on this video are from gotai.
