Great video, I couldn't open the bellpush housing with the screwdriver but after watching your video and seeing how the catch worked on the inside I knew to push harder directly inwards and it popped open. Thank you
I searched for the Surfou doorbell advice which does not exist but this Aimason doorbell is EXACTLY the same. Also the link on the Surfou doorbell manual takes you somewhere else other than Surfou ?
Thanks for creating and sharing this video Pwinkle. 👍 Very helpful! Are the transmitters truly waterproof? What kind of batteries do the transmitters take and how long do they last?
Thank you for this, Is there any chance you could possibly tell me the dimensions of the transmitter/push button unit please? I'll purchase this model if it fits on my very narrow door frame. Thank you.
@@pwinkle Thank you so much for that, that's really helpful. My door frame is a tiny bit narrower than that, but I haven't managed to find a narrower one.
No problem, you could alway stick the doorbell on the door itself as it’s completely wireless, come with two sticky strips if you want to change the location at a later date (just an idea)
@@pwinkle I hadn’t thought of that because it’s a upvc door with a wood grain effect, so I didn’t think the sticky would work so well on that surface. Thanks, I’ll try that.
