I try to get videos up as often as possible, and that usually results in limited playtime with exotics, and the inability to grind my own account. If I wasn’t editing for 14 hours a day, it might actually be possible. I’m sacrificing my own enjoyment of the game in order to push videos out as quickly as possible, as best as possible. Most of my videos end up being recorded last minute at like 11:00PM. I don’t really have the time to master the exotics or weapons that I am using. Sorry that I didn’t use this exotic how you wanted me to, but I still worked very hard making this video.

The second bounce makes the knife fly faster, so the best strat is to bank it off the ground INTO a wall so that way you get the most aim assist at the fastest speed

@@SirDimetrious Do this trick after proccing the increased damage (ie a single burst from a pulse) and you can basically send the knife out on a journey and it'll eventually bury itself into some fools toenail and end their bloodline right then and there.

Look at the symbol for the perk and it gives you a clue for that. Second bounce gives it insane tracking.

The 2nd bounce makes it speed into the enemy faster. Instead of throwing it at walls, try throwing it at the ground first, so bounces into the wall, then it’ll bounce into an enemy at light speed. Also the “Strengthened Heavy Knife” buff lets you one shot body with the knife, so you wanna use a pulse, burst sidearm, auto, or smg to take full advantage and rack up the rapid precision hits easily. Semi automatic guns aren’t great for it except MAYBE faster fire rate archetypes, but even then a pulse can get you the perk in a single burst. Combine that with the cheese angles you can throw it at and the insane speed/tracking from the 2nd bounce and yeah. I’m sure I’ve exaggerated the speed but it’s faster and it’s hilarious. It doesn’t look like it, but a LOT of my kills here was when it hit a second bounce. A lot of times it will skim a wall and have it count as a bounce. While I was editing and super zoomed in tracking the knife, vast majority of the kills had it bounce twicez

This is kinda fun to use in Gambit, as you will frequently get strengthened heavy knife, which is a guanteed 1 tap anywhere to the body. Also, it changes appearance when its perk is active.

so with theses gauntlets, there is actually a little bit of a trick, it is why some bounces take forever to get someone. The first, default bounce from the knife is insanely slow, like it will take a good 3 seconds to touch back on the ground, but the second bounce from the exotic will turn it into a ballistic missile right into someone's sternum. The best way to get the aim assist is to bank it at a 90 degree angle, so at the floor then to the wall, that way the second bounce will hit the wall around head level and fly to someone faster than they can dodge.

So the real trick to these things is the second bounce. That's what activates the crazy tracking. What you can do is, instead of throwing it at the wall, throw it at the floor right at the base of the wall. That way, you get to the second bounce and make the most of the tracking. Great video, as always :)

I love that when you have the strengthened knife the arms like do cool thing where they spread out. Also using a three burst weapon like crimson will always proc the strengthened knife and give it even more aim assist and it will seek the nearest person after a second bounce

Have you seen coolguys video? You can throw them at the ground at a 90 degree wall since the second bounce is faster than the first. Also the gauntlets unravel when the knife is strengthened.

So much this, got to land 3 crits first, then the knife is a OHK to the body. Ground to wall bounce maximizes the 2nd bounce's speed, plus 2nd bounce has better tracking.

First, the second bounce of the knife makes it fly like a rocket and to a 180 to hit an enemy. Second, u can bounce the knife of the floor into a wall to get the second bounce and get that death.

Actually, it's way more broken once people find out how the second bounce makes the knife full on rocket mode. Ideally u want to aim on the floor next to a wall so the first bounce (weak bounce) happens on the floor then the second bounce hits the wall ending up with a rocket knife with a trajectory from an ideal body/head height

The key to this exotic is the second bounce, if you throw it at the floor right next to a wall it will bounce off the floor then off the wall and that second bounce will basically be a guaranteed hit. And with the headshot buff that becomes a 1 hit body. Don't trust the first bounce always go for 2 bounces.

You have to make it bounce twice for it to really make the most of it. Throw it at the floor and make it bounce into the wall around a corner. The second bounce is where is speeds off and turns into a homing rocket.

So the secret to these gauntlets is actually the second bounce. If you throw the knife at the ground so that it bounces into a wall, it then homes in on the closest target. Check out CoolGuy's review of them, they're actually insane if you play towards making them bounce twice.

The second bounce has higher aim asist/velocity btw. Best way to use them is throw it to the ground so it jumps off a wall then to the opponent

Use Shards of Galnor and mid Gunslinger tree papired with Monte Carlo. The aim of the vid is to kill as much as possible with knife trick since Monte Carlo reduces cooldown, and succesful kills with the knife trick lower it as well

The strategy with this exotic is to throw the knife on the floor and bounce it to the wall. The floor counts as a surface, and it only gets the truth tier tracking on the second bounce. (:
